Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day you’ll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Personal Training

There is no substitute for personal attention. In a private session your coach will create your fitness programme to work towards your goals and improve your health and fitness level as well as develop your athletic ability.


Is our cardiovascular development and calorie burning class. Using machines including bike, row, ski and assault bike where we focus on a programmming split to develop all the energy systems. This is the best class to burn calories and get a great sweat on without having to lift weights.
